Access is through a gated archway onto a circular driveway, where you’ll find ample parking leading to a level entry.  

You first walk into a completely updated designer kitchen with a large island, which flows into a vaulted ceiling living room with a magnificent copper fireplace, complete with a wood burning stove that warms the entire house.  This great room has been masterfully redone, and it features all new luxury furnishings, as does the remainder of the house.  

The house has four brand new full bedrooms and a game room that easily converts to a comfortable fifth bedroom, with a brand new smart TV in every bedroom.  It comfortably sleeps 10 adults and 2 children and has two master suites and three and a half beautifully redesigned bathrooms.  

Downstairs, there’s a level entry master bedroom with a king-size bed, vaulted ceiling and private en suite bathroom. Also on this floor is another full bedroom with two twin beds, a large bedroom with a queen-sized bed and futon, a large bathroom with a beautiful rock wall and rain forest shower, plus a daybed in the kitchen and a large laundry area and powder room.  (For young ones, there is even a reading nook and bed under the stairs.)

Upstairs, you’ll find another master suite with its own bathroom, plus a wood burning fireplace and private, forest-view deck.  There’s also a game room upstairs that includes foosball and air hockey games, as well as a dry bar.  The game room can quickly transform to a large fifth bedroom with a brand new queen-sized Murphy bed.  All beds and bedding in this home are brand new and top of the line.

The interior design has a great flow to it, and the flow continues to the outside, where you’ll find a 6 person hot tub and nearby bathroom/changing room, plus a beautiful flowing-stream fountain, a custom horseshoe court, BBQ and outdoor fire pit.  There is also a children’s play area, with a swing set, slide and plenty of other outdoor fun.  All in all, this is one magnificent place to enjoy the beauty and serenity of a mountain forest and nearby lake.
